Carmen Ejogo

Debi Debi Carmen CarmenHer most well-known role is as a performer and actress who is a vocalist in tracks like DJ Alex Reece's "Candles". She will be in the movie Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them. BEFORE FAME, she was in Catholic primary school until 1984. She was the host of the 90s' children's TV show Saturday Disney. In 2000, she married Jeffrey Wright and they had their son called Elijah. Prior to marrying Jeffrey Wright became her husband, she briefly with music producer Tricky. They sang with her on the track "Something He Can Feel on the Sparkle Soundtrack. Ejogo was a part of a variety of musicians in the 90s, as singer. She wrote the lead vocals and wrote lyrics in the song "Candles" by English Drum 'n' Bass DJ Alex Reece - she appeared in the music video, and appears in the film's production credits as 'Carmen'. She sang duets and vocals and solos from the song "Slowly" with Tricky were also recorded. In addition to "Candles", Ejogo appears on four tracks in"Sparkle," the Sparkle (2012) the original soundtrack album based on the film of the same name, singing lead on "Yes I Do" (as sing-along) as well as co-lead vocals with Jordin Sparks and Tika Sumpter, on "Jump", "Hooked on Your Love" as well as "Something He Can Feel". She is a part of Mensa International - the oldest and most respected high IQ organization in the world - she sings lead on "Yes I Do" (as a solo) in addition to co-leading singing with Jordin sparks and Tika Sumpter for "Jump" and "Hooked on Your Love" and "Something He Feels".
